The iconic Mercury Dime has been a collector favorite for years! It is also known as the Winged Liberty Head Dime, which is the correct name, and was designed by Adolph Weinman. It's reverse depicts of a young Liberty wearing a winged cap which was confused with the Roman god Mercury. Though incorrect, most people simply call it a Mercury Dime.
