This South Africa set includes the following coins: 5 Cents, 10 Cents, 20 Cents, 50 Cents, 1 Rand, 2 Rands and 5 Rands. All seven coins have a unique design. The 5 Cents coin depicts the Blue Crane, which is the national bird. On the 10 Cents coin is the Arum Lily. The 20 Cents coin shows another remarkable South African flower, the Protea cynaroides. The Bird-of-Paradise flower is on the 50 Cents coin. All the Rand coin designs each honor an animal that is common in South Africa. The 1 Rand has the Springbok, the 2 Rand shows the Kudu, which is known as the King of the Antelope, and the Black Wildebeest or Gun is portrayed on the 5 Rand. This sealed set in a display card is made up of random-year legal tender coins.
