DailyMail: Prince Andrew marked the quietest royal birthday in modern history as he looked to lay low after settling his sex abuse case with Virginia Roberts.

The muted celebration of his 62nd birthday came just hours after the death of Jeffrey Epstein's 'pimp', who was accused of trafficking hundreds of girls to the pedophile financier.

French modelling agent Jean-Luc Brunel, 76, who allegedly procured more than a thousand women and girls for Epstein to sleep with, was found hanged in his prison cell in an alleged suicide.

A source told the Telegraph Andrew will be spending today 'quietly at home'.

His birthday fell on the same day that Brunel, Epstein's alleged 'pimp', was reportedly found hanged in his cell in France.

It was reported in 2020 that French investigators could consider questioning Prince Andrew about his links with Brunel, who had shared Epstein as a mutual acquaintance.

Following the arrest, Ms Roberts taunted Prince Andrew on social media. 'Are you sweating yet, Prince Andrew?' she wrote.

'You should be. Your buddy Jean-Luc Brunel is behind bars. Remember those girls he supplied to you on the island?'

Epstein was similarly found dead in his prison cell in New York City on August 10, 2019, while he was awaiting trial for federal sex trafficking and numerous allegations of sexual abuse. His death was determined by a medical examiner to be suicide by hanging.

The circumstances surrounding his death were arguably suspicious: the guards had reportedly fallen asleep while on duty and failed to check on Epstein at the appointed times and the cameras monitoring his jail cell were not working.

CBSNews: On the morning of Jeffrey Epstein's death there was shouting and shrieking from his jail cell, a source familiar with the situation told CBS News.

One of Epstein's guards at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on the night he died was reportedly not a regular corrections officer.

The Washington Post reported that broken bones in his neck were more consistent with homicidal strangulation than a suicide by hanging. READ MORE: Disturbing evidence in Jeffrey Epstein’s autopsy points to his murder: pathologist (NY Post)

WHO KILLED JE?

One of the main storylines of the Jeffrey Epstein criminal rampage is how the media whitewashed his crimes and behavior for so long. Some of the most powerful names in the media during the period he was operating were not only known to Epstein, but they considered him a friend.

Jeffrey Epstein was a multi millionaire who had political and business ties to some of the most rich and powerful people in the world. From businessmen to politicians at the highest levels, Epstein broke bread with them all. Yet for years the media and the rest of high society looked the other way and ignored his behavior as multiple women came forward with allegations of abuse. Even after he was convicted and subsequently received a sweetheart deal those same so called elites welcomed him back with open arms. Now after his death and the arrest and conviction of Maxwell, the real story is starting to come together and the curtain has begun to be drawn back and what it has revealed is truly disturbing.

THE PRESS

Independent: ABC News anchor Amy Robach, in a leaked video, bitterly complained: “I’ve had the story for three years. I’ve had this interview with [Epstein accuser] Virginia Roberts. We would not put it on the air.”

In the video, she says she was threatened by the UK’s royal family, who threatened to cut off their ability to cover their family if Prince Andrew’s secrets came out. And other networks have since corroborated that, in 2015, Epstein’s lawyers contacted them and asked them to keep the story from reaching the news.

CBSNews: Annie Farmer told jurors that she accepted an invitation to Epstein's New Mexico ranch in 1996 with the hopes that Maxwell and the financier would help her with academic endeavors. She said Maxwell's presence made her believe that she would be safe with Epstein. Instead, Farmer said Maxwell massaged her upper breast and Epstein climbed into bed with her without her permission.

Farmer’s story was cut from Vanity Fair writer Vicky Ward’s 2003 profile of Epstein. Ward has claimed editor Graydon Carter bowed to pressure from Epstein, but Carter says Ward’s sourcing at the time didn’t meet the magazine’s legal standards.

Maria Farmer says Vicky Ward tipped off Epstein that she was talking and Maxwell soon after began making death threats.

Farmer also claimed during the interview that Vicky Ward, a former writer for Vanity Fair who now works for CNN, harassed her family after Farmer shared her story. According to Maria Farmer, Vicky Ward told Epstein’s associate and co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell about her attempts to expose the sexual abuse carried out by the pedophile ring.

THE POLITICIANS

Newsweek: New allegations from The Daily Beast and journalist Vicky Ward reported that Acosta told the Trump administration during the screening process for his current role that he was asked to cut a deal with Epstein because he was told the financier "belonged to intelligence," and that the issue was above his "pay grade."

As labor secretary, Acosta attempted to cut funding to a program intended to combat human trafficking abroad by 80 percent and then went to Congress in an attempt to further cut the fund.

Over a decade ago, when Acosta was serving as the U.S. attorney in Miami, Florida, he oversaw a non-prosecution plea deal for Epstein, who had been accused of unlawful sex with minors and prostitution, but ended up pleading guilty to two counts of soliciting prostitution from a minor.

President George W. Bush appointed Leslie Wexner, the longest-running CEO of a Fortune 500 company, founder of The Limited, owner of Victoria's Secret and Jeffrey Epstein's only known/admitted client, to serve in the Honorary Delegation to accompany him to Jerusalem for the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the State of Israel in May 2008.

It is worth noting that Leslie Wexner, who set up Jeffrey Epstein in various homes - including the largest private mansion in all of New York City which he gave to Epstein for the princely sum of $1 (and which already included surveillance cameras as per a 1996 article in The New York Times) was a major political contributor to the Bush family. As recently as 2015 Wexner cut a check in the amount of $500,000.00 to Jeb Bush who was a candidate in the 2016 U.S. Presidential election. Wexner’s wife, Abigail, made similar contributions to the Bush family.

WPTV: Epstein returns from Israel before pleading guilty. Being allowed to travel abroad before being imprisoned on felony charges is highly irregular.

George W. Bush's White House directed U.S. Attorney of Florida, Alexander Acosta not to prosecute Epstein's co-conspirators to protect Prince Andrew on behalf of the British government, then the U.S.’s closest ally in the Iraq war.

During the negotiations over the deal, Epstein supplemented his team with former U.S. Solicitor General Ken Starr and Jay Lefkowitz, who had served in the administrations of former Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush. Lefkowitz and Starr had each worked previously with Acosta when he was a junior associate at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis.

2007 - Epstein's lawyers met with Miami's top federal prosecutor Alexander Acosta, who would later become the Secretary of Labor in the Trump administration. They secretly negotiate the 'deal of a lifetime'.

Former Palm Beach police chief Michael Reiter said that in a secretive and rushed hearing, Acosta granted Epstein a non-prosecution deal that allowed Epstein to serve only 13 months in county jail in exchange for pleading guilty to two counts of prostitution. Epstein and his alleged co-conspirators were granted immunity, and Epstein's prison sentence wasn't really one at all: he was allowed to leave the building and go to work six days a week.

Attorney for Epstein's accusers, Jack Scarola said that Acosta's plea agreement was "inexplicable" to him. "In 45 years of practice, I've never heard of anyone entering into a plea agreement that not only granted immunity to the target of the investigation, but handed out get-out-of-jail-free cards to every one of that person’s co-conspirators."

THE COVER-UP

CNN July 8, 2019 Epstein, 66, was arrested Saturday night at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey aboard his private jet upon returning from Paris. Later that evening, federal agents executed a search warrant of Epstein's mansion in New York City and seized a "vast trove" of lewd photographs of young-looking women or girls, prosecutors said in a bail memorandum. READ MORE: Nude Photos of Girls Seized From Jeffrey Epstein Mansion

The indictment accuses Mr. Epstein, 66, of engaging in sex acts with dozens of vulnerable minors, some as young as 14, during naked massage sessions, then paying them hundreds of dollars in cash. He also asked some of the girls to recruit other underage girls, the indictment said.

[Read the indictment.]

Acosta became Trump's new Secretary of Labor in 2017. Epstein was arrested in 2019 for sex trafficking — the very crime Acosta's office dismissed him for a decade prior. On July 12, Acosta announced his resignation from the cabinet position.

Since his July 2019 resignation, Acosta has kept out of the headlines and the public eye.

A federal judge later ruled in 2019 that Acosta's office broke the law when they concealed Epstein's plea agreement. According to The Miami Herald, Acosta's office colluded with Epstein's lawyers over email, and Acosta held meetings with Epstein's camp outside of the attorney's office.

JPMorgan Chase has been accused of knowing and allowing the now-deceased Epstein to create shell companies to run his alleged sex trafficking operation – which included payoffs to set up a fake marriage for green card schemes to keep his stable of reported victims on American soil.

“At least 20 individuals paid through JP Morgan accounts were victims of trafficking and sexual assault in Little St. James, New York, and/or other Epstein properties,” the lawsuit stated.

“These women were trafficked and abused during different intervals between at least 2003 and July 2019, when Epstein was arrested and jailed, and these women received payments, typically multiple payments, between 2003 and 2013 in excess of $1 million collectively.”

Narativ: Despite what appears to be the makings of a blackmail operation, and Ben-Menashe’s revelations, there is no publicly available evidence of any blackmail attempts. Part of the reason for this may be that the acts were not only compromising in nature, but also potentially criminal. Or maybe there was no blackmail at all.

Accuracy: Ghislaine Maxwell is also alleged to have engaged in the rape of the girls she procured for Epstein and to have used them to produce child pornography.

It appears the Epstein sex tapes were made for three purposes, first as child pornography that was displayed throughout Epstein's NY mansion and Palm Beach house. Second, to threaten the victims with releasing comprimising photos to family and friends to stop them from coming forward. And third as a get-out-of-jail free card.

Salon: Epstein's lawyer made a proffer to the prosecutors: Epstein will agree to cooperate with the investigation, including giving up the names of individuals that paid for activities with underage girls in exchange for a maximum sentence not to exceed 5 years.

On July 23, 2019, Epstein was discovered with neck injuries in his cell and was placed on suicide watch.

Epstein denied that he’d ever attempted suicide. Instead, he claimed that he’d been beaten half-way to death by his cellmate, a former police officer named Nicholas Tartaglione. READ MORE: 10 Facts That Will Make You Believe Jeffrey Epstein Was Murdered (ListVerse)

Epstein's body was discovered in his jail cell at Manhattan's Metropolitan Correctional Center on the morning of August 10, 2019. The circumstances surrounding his death were arguably suspicious: the guards had reportedly fallen asleep while on duty and failed to check on Epstein at the appointed times and the cameras monitoring his jail cell were not working.

Prince Andrew's Government Files Will Remain Secret Until 2065

Newsweek: Files relating to Prince Andrew's trips as a U.K. trade envoy will be kept secret by the British government until 2065, sparking allegations that officials "want to sweep it all under the carpet" from anti-monarchy campaigners.

The Duke of York quit public life in disgrace over his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein after a car-crash November 2019 interview.

He also settled a lawsuit in which Virginia Giuffre said she was forced to have sex with the royal in London, New York and the U.S. Virgin Islands by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell while she was a trafficking victim. Andrew denied the allegations but paid her an undisclosed sum.

Ordinarily, government documents are declassified after 20 years, meaning any files held by the Foreign Office at the time of the allegations against Andrew would already be in line for release.

Andrew told journalist Emily Maitlis during his 2019 BBC interview he had stayed overnight in Epstein's home in order to break up their friendship.

However, documents disclosed during a lawsuit between the U.S. Virgin Islands Government and JP Morgan bank show Epstein and Andrew appear to have discussed a possible oil investment at the time.

The court filing, disclosed by The Mail on Sunday in July 2023, read: "On December 2, 2010, Jeffrey Epstein forwards an email to Staley from Prince Andrew with an inquiry the Prince received from Aria Petroleum looking for a $200m working capital line.

BUSINESS-AS-USUAL

Some internet users observed that the New York prison where he died was under the watch of Attorney General William Barr, who was chosen to head the Justice Department by Donald Trump, once an associate of Epstein.

Another extraordinary theory was that Epstein was assassinated by Saudi officials.

One tweet read: 'The murder of Jeffrey Epstein is the most blatant display of the power of the deep state I've seen since the CIA killed JFK.'

EW: And then when the cameras didn't work, and the employees fell asleep, and when the camera that did work, that film disappeared.

Jail CCTV erased by 'technical errors' (BBC) There were two separate cameras that should have caught anything happening in Epstein’s cell—and both simultaneously malfunctioned on the night he died.

At an August 27 hearing, Epstein defense attorney Reid Weingarten expressed "significant doubts" that Epstein's death was due to suicide. According to Weingarten, when attorneys met with their client shortly before his death, "we did not see a despairing, despondent, suicidal person"

Epstein's brother, Mark, has rejected the possibility of Jeffrey's suicide, claiming, "I could see if he got a life sentence, I could then see him taking himself out, but he had a bail hearing coming up." He also claimed his "life may also be in danger." READ MORE: Edward Snowden warns ‘Julian Assange could be next' after John McAfee and Epstein's ‘suicides'

SHRIEKING HEARD FROM JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S JAIL CELL THE MORNING HE DIED

CBSNews: On the morning of Jeffrey Epstein's death there was shouting and shrieking from his jail cell, a source familiar with the situation told CBS News. Corrections officers attempted to revive him while saying "breathe, Epstein, breathe."

Heavy: While it was once thought that US attorney general William (Bill) Barr would be recusing himself from having oversight on the Epstein prosecution, on July 9, it was clarified that Barr consulted with career ethics officials at the department, and concluded that he only needed to recuse himself from the internal Justice Department probe of Labor Secretary Alex Acosta, and his involvement of approving a highly controversial no-prosecution deal with Epstein back in the 2008.

There is concern over William Barr’s involvement in Epstein’s case, not only for the way he handled Robert Mueller’s testimony over the Russian probe, but because of his personal ties with Epstein himself.

In 2009, Barr joined the law firm Kirkland & Ellis, the same law firm that represented Jeffrey Epstein in 2008 which ended in a no-prosecution.

The deal was made between Acosta, who previously worked at Kirkland & Ellis, and was the Miami U.S. attorney at the time, and Kirkland & Ellis senior partner Jay Lefkowitz, along with colleagues Kenneth Starr, Gerald Lefcourt, and Alan Dershowitz. Court records show Kirkland & Ellis continued to represented Epstein through 2011, while Barr worked at the firm.

Frank Figliuzzi, a former FBI Assistant Director for counterintelligence said that Barr’s Father, Donald Barr, once hired Epstein to teach at Dalton School, a private academy in New York City. Back in 1973, even though Epstein had not obtained a college degree, Donald brought Epstein, who was only 20 years old, and had dropped out of both Cooper Union and New York University’s Courant Institute, was brought board to teach calculus and physics.

'HIGHLY SUSPECT' EPSTEIN PROSECUTOR GEOFFREY BERMAN FIRED ‘BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO DROP PRINCE ANDREW PROBE,’ VICTIMS’ LAWYER CLAIMS

By Emma Parry, TheSun June 24, 2020

Geoffrey Berman, the powerful US attorney for the Southern District of New York was removed from his post at the weekend by Attorney General William Barr.

Berman is a Republican. He volunteered on Trump’s 2016 campaign and was once a law partner of Giuliani. He is also a former editor of the Stanford Law Review.

Berman accused the Duke of York of repeatedly refusing requests for interviews as part of his investigation into Epstein's co-conspirators. The Duke claims he has offered to help the US Department of Justice as a witness three times.

Now victims' lawyer Spencer Kuvin has called Berman's removal from office "highly suspect" and speculated that President Donald Trump or one of his staff may have asked Berman to stop investigating the Duke, then fired him after he refused.

He also said the termination was a huge step backwards in obtaining justice for victims of the billionaire pedophile.

"The timing of this is highly suspect for an internal favor having been requested by the President," Kuvin told The Sun.

"Because we know that the investigation and requests for repeated interviews with Prince Andrew ramped up in just the past month.

"And now all of a sudden the one man that's been pushing for those requests has been fired for no reason.

Barr sought to oust Berman in 2020, prompting a tense standoff with Berman who refused to resign until Trump fired him.

"We know that US Attorney Berman was heavily investigating and pushing the investigation into the Epstein cases which included repeated requests to interview Prince Andrew.

"We know that Prince Andrew lied when he said that he had been cooperative because US Attorney Berman came out and said that he was lying and that he had not contacted them and did not want to be part of that interview.

"We also know that President Trump has a very close relationship with the British Prime Minister and there have been requests that have been made in the past by president Trump to back off international prosecutions.

President Donald Trump claimed that he didn’t know Prince Andrew, Duke of York, even though photos show they’ve known each other since at least 2000.

Photos of the two men rubbing shoulders at Trump’s Mar-A-Lago resort on February 12, 2000 (one of which is pictured above) suggest otherwise, as do multiple photos of them together as recently as this June during Trump’s state visit to the U.K.

Donald Trump is listed in Epstein's black book on page 80.

Epstein recorded 10 phone numbers and 2 addresses under this name.

The first spate of mainstream news stories picked only low-hanging fruit. The usual suspects.

That sex slaves were being recruited at Mar-a-Lago didn’t seem to register.

Independent: Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's girlfriend briefly discussed Epstein's hidden cameras and sex tapes with CBS News 60 Minutes producer Ira Rosen, also making clear that there were tapes of both Bill Clinton and Donald Trump. The conversation took place in 2016 and she reportedly told Rosen that, given Trump’s involvement in the upcoming election, she would not release any information derived from the tapes relating to Clinton until after the election and she would only do so while also exposing Trump. Up until now, she has done neither.

In 2020, after Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested and charged with grooming young girls for abuse by Epstein, Trump wished her the best.

UK AUTHORITIES PROTECTED PRINCE ANDREW FROM US EPSTEIN INVESTIGATION, BOOK SAYS

By Martin Pengelly, TheGuardian September 13, 2022

British authorities protected Prince Andrew from US prosecutors investigating his relationship with the financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, according to a new book by a US attorney who led the investigation in New York.

Andrew, Berman writes, “stated publicly that he would co-operate with the investigation, and we intended to give him a chance to make good on his word”.

But though the prince “kept publicly saying that he was co-operating in the Epstein investigation”, Berman writes, that “was not true”.

Berman says “an endless email exchange” made it “clear we were getting the run-around” from lawyers who did not want the prince to talk to the SDNY about Epstein.

“He was not going to sit down with us,” Berman writes, “despite assuring the public that he was ready, willing and able to cooperate.”

Berman says a comment he made to reporters in January 2020, that Andrew had provided “zero cooperation”, brought the prince’s lawyers back to the table. But no interview ensued.

WHY HASN'T ANYONE FROM JEFFREY EPSTEIN'S BLACK BOOK BEEN ARRESTED YET?

Legal action against Epstein’s alleged associates has been confined to civil lawsuits by victims and attorneys general, despite the evidence available for criminal prosecutions, such as Epstein’s little black book, photos and videos of underage victims and the testimonies in the Maxwell trial.

The scandal waiting to explode is why law enforcement has ignored this ever-growing sex trafficking ring. We need an explanation for why people are not being charged and prosecuted. Is this an instance of classic influence peddling corruption in law enforcement? Why no action? The silence is now deafening.

And: Who Flew on Jeffrey Epstein's 'Lolita Express' Plane?

EW: While there are undeniable links between Trump and Epstein, the relationship between Bill Clinton and Epstein is much more involved. Flight records show that Clinton flew on Epstein’s plane at least 26 times to about a dozen international locations. Flight logs did not list any secret service detail for five flights. Epstein was also involved in some of Clinton’s projects: He was a heavy donator of the Clinton Foundation. According to attorney Gerald B. Lefcourt, Epstein was also “part of the original group that conceived of the Clinton Global Initiative”.

Doug Bands (Office of William J. Clinton) is listed in Epstein's black book on page 4.

Epstein recorded 5 phone numbers and 3 addresses under this name.

In addition to his work launching the Clinton Global Iniative, Epstein also donated $25,000 to the Clinton Foundation in 2006 through his own personal charity, according to the Daily Beast. That donation came after Epstein developed a close personal relationship with Bill Clinton during a month-long trip to Africa in 2002.

Mark Middleton, the presidential advisor who introduced Jeffrey Epstein to Bill Clinton, was found dead by hanging using a cheap extension cord … with a gunshot wound to his chest. His death was deemed a suicide. A few months prior, a woman linked to Middleton was found dead using a similar extension cord.

Several individuals close to Epstein also died in mysterious circumstances. For instance, in 2020, Hollywood producer Steve Bing (who was close with Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Clinton) died after falling off the 27th floor of his apartment building. While the official cause of death is “suicide,” some claim that he was killed in “Russian-mafia style” because he knew too much.

Jean-Luc Brunel is listed in Epstein's black book on page 8, page 95.

Epstein recorded 9 phone numbers and 3 addresses under this name.

Jean-Luc Brunel – the fashion agent who procured over 1,000 girls for Epstein – was found dead in his jail cell. Again, the official cause of death has been deemed suicide.

David Koch is listed in Epstein's black book on page 31.

Epstein recorded 2 phone numbers and no addresses under this name.

According to The Daily Mail: Epstein was invited to a party at David Koch’s house in September, 2010 – just months after Epstein had been released from prison.

Jeffrey Epstein hobnobbed with high-profile guests from the worlds of politics, banking, Hollywood and philanthropy at a Hamptons party just two months after his release by the state of Florida for soliciting a minor.

Among those guests were two men who served in President Trump’s cabinet and his most trusted legal adviser.

CBSNews: Trump began surrounding himself with cabinet members and advisors closely knitted to the Kochs. Vice president Mike Pence, White House Counsel Don McGahn and campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, for example, are all connected to the Kochs.

David, helped bankroll and shape 2010′s conservative Tea Party movement and founded the hugely influential conservative organization Americans for Prosperity in 2004.

APICCIANO: Koch is listed by Forbes as the 15th richest man in the U.S., and is worth some $45 billion. Koch Industries’ PAC and employees contributed $2.8 million to GOP candidates during the 2020 political cycle, noted the Journal.

Koch died at his home in Southampton, New York, on August 23, 2019, at the age of 79.

Epstein victim Maria Farmer claims Ivana Trump, President Trump’s ex-wife, frequently accompanied Ghislaine Maxwell when she went to recruit pre-teen girls for Epstein.

On July 14th, 2022, Ivana Trump mother to Trump's three eldest children, died at the age of 73 after being found at the bottom of the stairs of her townhouse. The fall, which caused her blunt force injuries to her torso, was ruled accidental by the NYC Medical Examiner’s Office. There’s something sinister happening here.

JUDGE ORDERS CHARGES DROPPED AGAINST EPSTEIN JAIL GUARDS

January 4, 2022 NEW YORK (AP) — A judge ordered charges dropped against two Bureau of Prisons guards who admitted falsifying records after Jeffrey Epstein took his own life in jail over two years ago.

The guards — Tova Noel and Michael Thomas — had agreed to deferred prosecution deals last May that required them to admit their guilt with the understanding that charges in a federal indictment would be dismissed if they followed the rules of their agreement for six months. They also were required to do 100 hours of community service.

In court papers, prosecutors said Noel and Thomas were at their desks just 15 feet (4.5 meters) from Epstein’s cell as they shopped online for furniture and motorcycles and failed to make required rounds every 30 minutes. The indictment alleged that both appeared to have fallen asleep for one two-hour stretch.

In a release, attorney Jason Foy said that Noel, his client, had provided the government with “truthful insight into the toxic culture, subpar training, staffing shortages, and dysfunctional management of the now closed Metropolitan Correctional Center. In exchange for Ms. Noel’s cooperation, all charges against her were dismissed.”

Cover-Up? EMS Report In Jeffrey Epstein's Prison Death Remains Top Secret — Even To His Family!

RadarOnline: The city of New York is refusing to release a copy of the paramedic’s report on the mysterious prison death of Jeffrey Epstein – not even to his own next of kin, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The stunning revelation is fueling speculation by his family that the Bureau of Prisons — in cahoots with the city — is allegedly trying to bury key evidence in the August 2019 death of the billionaire pedophile found hanging inside his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC).

What’s more, the vital first responder’s report was surprisingly missing from the Department of Justice’s Inspector General Office’s quintessential 128-page investigative report into Epstein’s death that took 4 years complete.

Renowned attorney Stacey Richman, who represents Epstein’s brother, exclusively told RadarOnline.com she has been trying to get a copy of the report since 2019 – only to get stonewalled by officials.

Mark Epstein has already received the medical examiner’s report along with a grisly array of photographs of his dead brother — but for some reason, the EMS report is sacrosanct for his eyes.

“I just find it interesting that there are so many things that are not included in Inspector General’s report that would have been logical investigative things that they could’ve done,” Richman said. “I would think having the (Emergency Medical Technician’s) report attached would be a significant piece of information – it completes the narrative.”

Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden who insists Epstein’s neck fractures were consistent with manual strangulation – not suicide – also blasted the Inspector General’s report for ignoring the EMS report altogether.

“Where is the ambulance report – which would be more valuable than relying on what the (two corrections officers) that found Epstein said and refused to initially give any information,” Dr. Baden asked.

“The autopsy report was released to the family but not the EMS report – the only evidence that gives you an independent assessment of the body’s condition at the time of death," Dr. Baden said. “The paramedics file a 3-to-4-page report that has a lot of important information on it… Otherwise, (investigators) are relying on the two guards that moved the body.”

Dr. Baden and Richman know Epstein was discovered inside his cell at 6:30 AM with a noose made from bed sheets wrapped around his neck — but everything else after the fact remains shrouded in mystery.

The Inspector General’s report – accidentally or on purpose – raises questions about the condition of Epstein’s body which was moved before paramedics arrived.

“The (prison’s) Clinical Nurse's memorandum reads that Epstein was cold, with circumferential bruising around his neck and posterior mottling (skin coloration), pupils fixes and dilatated, and no palpable pulses were felt,” the Inspector General's report stated.

Dr. Baden, who spent 50 years as the pathologist for the New York State Correction Medical Review Board which investigates all deaths inside prison and jail cells, estimates Epstein was DEAD for about two hours before being discovered based on the "Clinical Nurse’s" written statement.

After cutting Epstein down, a decision was made to move his corpse to the MCC Health Services Unit treatment room where CPR was administered until EMS arrived, the Inspector General's report stated.

“EMS and paramedics arrived on the scene, intubated Epstein, and gave him medications and fluids, the report stated. “Epstein was transported to the local emergency room with CPR in progress at approximately 7:10 a.m.”

Dr. Baden told RadarOnline.com moving Epstein’s corpse is extremely suspicious.

“If this was a New York City case the body would not have been disturbed,” he explained detailing the difference between the state and federal prison protocols. “Whoever was in charge decided to move the body before EMS arrived.”

Dr. Baden told RadarOnline.com the EMS report details the time of death, whether rigor mortis had set, and, more importantly, why they rushed him to the hospital if he was already dead.

For now, the EMS report remains top secret — not even worthy of a painstakingly crafted report by the federal government.

In summary/conclusion:

  • The cold hard truth about Jeffrey Epstein (JE) is that he was a nobody. He was a fake, a fraud and he was disposable. He had no money of his own and what investments he did make were not in the stock market but in real estate, mostly through his brother, Mark. And some shady money laundering art deals mostly with/for Leon Black. READ MORE: Jeffrey Epstein was Not a Billionaire... He convinced one of the richest men in the world, Leslie Wexner, to give him control over his finances, not because JE was a super money manager but because JE got Wexner's overbearing mother out of his boardroom and introduced Wexner to Abigail Koppel, who would later become Wexner's wife. Eva Andersson met Jeffrey Epstein in 1981 and was later married to hedge fund manager Glenn Dubin in 1994. JE also introduced Melania Knavs to Donald Trump. While trying to find a replacement wife for Bill Gates. JE's path to the rich and powerful was through his long time girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell who is a victim of incest by her rich and powerful father Robert Maxwell. Ghislaine Maxwell is currently serving 20 years in a Florida prison for raping and pimping out minors for JE. To date none of Epstein's or Maxwell's powerful clients have had any charges brought against them in connection to this underage sex ring. • But what can I do? I can threaten to tell these people who killed JEFFREY EPSTEIN unless Julian Assange is released. Release Mr Assange with conditions of no computer access, house arrest and a gag order on Wikileaks or I'll release Jeffrey Epstein's CLIENT LIST, Epstein's Little Black book and Epstein's Private Jet's Flight Manifests that have Donald Trump and Bill Clinton's names all over them. I'll also tell these people all of America's dirty little secrets, past, present and future unless you release Mr Assange. But I do not believe that Mr Assange can be released because America is about to start world war three with Russia, China, Iran and North Korea and you need to make an example of Mr Assange so that no one else will follow in his footsteps. Big Oil (Unocal 1995) wanted to supply the EU with fuel but had no way to get the gas to market so they proposed building a pipeline from Afghanistan into Europe but the Taliban complained about their cut (of the profits) and soon the bombs started dropping on Afghanistan. Meanwhile Russia built an oil pipeline to supply China that would ditch dollars for euros but Russia also built Nord Stream 1 pipeline to deliver gas to Europe. Big Oil was not happy.
  • A new pipeline was proposed to be built through Syria but Syria said they'd build their own pipeline and soon after US bombs fell on Libya and Syria. We then had Muammar Gaddafi, Libya's ruler dragged out into the streets and sodomized, which we filmed and put on YouTube to tell Russia and China what we were going to do to them next. Meanwhile Russia built Nordstream2 which President Trump quickly sanctioned because Trump is big oil's bitch, the same big oil that started all of the wars that Trump claims to be against.
  • Donald Trump and his ambassador in Germany, Richard Grenell, in January 2019 went so far as to send threatening letters to German companies involved in the pipeline.

Vice: John Kiriakou, who retired from the CIA, a decorated officer in 2004, first rose to national attention thanks to a 2007 interview with ABC News. He became the first person to reveal the CIA's waterboarding program.

The 15-year CIA veteran was sentenced to two and a half years in prison on charges of revealing classified information.

"The people who ordered the torture, the lawyers who justified it, the people who carried it out, and those who destroyed the videotapes of it—none of them are being held accountable," Jesselyn Radack, John Kiriakou's attorney, said recently. "The only person going to jail in connection with this is the person who blew the whistle on it."

Do yourself a favor. Think for yourself. Be your own person. Question everything. Stand for principle. Champion individual liberty and self-ownership where you can. Develop a strong moral code. Be kind to others. Do no harm, unless that harm is warranted. Pretty obvious stuff...but people who hold to these things in their hearts seem to be disappearing from the earth at an accelerated rate. Stay safe, my friends. Thanks for being here.

The nonprofit organization End Violence Against Women International began the national Start By Believing Campaign in 2011, to promote positive responses to sexual assault survivors who disclose. As the campaign’s name suggests, a statement of belief can have a huge impact on sexual assault survivors, and can influence their decision whether or not to disclose their sexual assault again. Start By Believing also provides more tips on what to say and what not to say when someone confides in you they’ve been sexually assaulted.
