RELOAD: Truth, Justice and the American Way

By PPEmpire

I want to take a moment and thank those who have died, those who gave their lives protecting what most of us take for granted, freedom is not free. Our country is under attack. Corruption has entered every institution banks, government, media, etc.

The U.S. was the largest creditor in the world. Now the debt is in the trillions of dollars. Trillions of dollars transferred from the worlds richest & most powerful country. This is a form of destructive economic management at a level of graft & corruption that has NO parallel. There’s nothing comparable to that in history.

The national debt is in the trillions of dollars, even our kids will never see it paid off. As the administration and Congress argue over cuts in social programs, inequality in America grows more extreme each day. Even the great financial crash didn’t derail this trend. The richest 400 Americans, for example, increased their wealth by 54 percent between 2005 and 2010, while the median middle-class family saw its wealth decline by 35 percent.

According to economic journalist, David Cay Johnston, author of "Perfectly Legal," this trend is not the result of some naturally occurring, social Darwinist "survival of the fittest." It is the product of legislative policies carefully crafted and lobbied for by corporations and the super-rich over the past 25 years. New tax shelters in the 1980s shifted the tax burden off capital and onto labor.

As tax shelters rose, the amount of federal revenue coming from corporations fell (from 35 percent during the Eisenhower years to 10 percent in 2002). During the deregulation wave of the '80s and the '90s, members of Congress passed legislation (often without reading it) that deregulated much of the financial industry.

It’s not the result of mysterious global forces, or technology, or China, or structural problems concerning the skills and education of our workforce. Rather, it is the direct result of policy choices made by Democrats and Republicans alike.

The U.S. policy (includes tax policy, financial deregulation, trade policy, anti-labor policy, and much more.) for the past 50 years has been aggressively dedicated to shifting income share away from the poor and middle class and into the pockets of the already rich.

FACT: Corporations move our jobs overseas to take advantage of slave labor wages, lax environmental laws and no taxes. Yes, no taxes! “Free trade” allows giant multinational corporations to pay zero taxes overseas and zero taxes in America. In 2010, corporate giant GE made a profit of $14.2 billion but it paid not a penny in taxes because the bulk of those profits, some $9 billion, were offshore. In fact, GE got a $3.2 billion tax benefit (refund).

If corporations paid taxes (their fair share) our government could have a surplus – roads, dams, hospitals and schools would not be in disrepair or overcrowded because the government would have plenty of money for all these things as they once did and would not be looking for ways to cut social security or other social programs.

You and I, however, cannot compete with the money corporations spend to buy off congress, (i.e. our politicians) and voting only replaces one corrupt party with the other corrupt party.

FACT: These tax-breaks have occurred under Democrat and Republican administrations! Both are corrupt!

The bailouts resurrected high finance and the inequality it inevitably spawns. Instead of putting our foot back on the neck of finance, we’re talking about slashing social programs. Rather than dramatically increasing taxes on the super-rich through a wealth tax, we’re debating how to slash Social Security and Medicare benefits.

During an era in which the rich were getting richer anyway, we deliberately set out to reduce their tax burdens so that they could become even richer.

As Citizens for Tax Justice and USPIRG reported, 280 large and profitable corporations contributed $216 million to Congressional campaigns over four election cycles and got nearly a quarter of a trillion dollars in tax breaks.

That’s a terrific investment for them – a return of more than a thousand to one – but it’s a bad deal for the American people.

The official, or “statutory,” corporate tax rate is 35 percent. But the actual rate paid by American corporations is only 12 percent, less than that paid by many middle-class Americans.

Obama Signs Bill To Extend Bush Tax Cuts

By Brian Montopoli CBS News December 17, 2010

And Trump's “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act” delivers quick tax cuts across all income brackets in 2018. Over time, however, the tax cuts phase out for lower-income taxpayers. Taxpayers making under $75,000 a year will see tax increases of much as $300 by 2027, and those making under $30,000 would see hikes by 2021.

At the same time, wealthier families will continue to see tax cuts at the end of the decade, with returns of at least $1 million, averaging $8,871 by 2027. The bill also slashes the corporate tax rate to 20% from 35%. In total, the total tax cuts would reach almost $1.5 trillion over the next decade.

Obama and Trump both immorally kept interest rates at zero to reward rich borrowers on Wall Street and penalizers savers. Trump came in and gave the Super Rich a tax cut, kissed Saudi Arabia's asshole. Like any one can buy America's values or morals, they are for sale, for a few dollars, like some cheap hooker. How can we tell the world that torture is wrong and illegal when we are guilty of much worse? And our leaders even brag about it!

DO NOT believe your corporate masters that everyone who hates Trump loves Hillary and/or Biden and vice versa. NO, your whole system, top-to-bottom, is corrupt, and you have been divided and conquered by the super rich and the main stream/social media that amplfies our differences, isolates us into groups which are increasingly intolerable of each other.

In America it's capitalism for the poor and socialism for the wealthy. The rich get richer, and the poor get children. The U.S. oligarchs get the public investment and privatize the profits. They get to write our laws (lobbyist), bribe officials to pass those laws (PAC's), seat conservative judges to uphold those laws. Crash the economy and get the taxpayer bailout(s).

America's NOT capitalist! Farm, auto, bank BAILOUTS, QE, crony capitalism, tax cuts for profitable corporations, deregulating polluters, subsidies for the super-rich and that was BEFORE the VIRUS! That is NOT capitalism, is it? HELL NO, it is WELFARE FOR THE RICH!

The Republicans and democrats are crooks and criminals who use the ballot box to hold onto power. America is being looted by war profiteers and promise makers.

Some members of Congress stand to personally profit off Russia's war on Ukraine.

At least 20 federal lawmakers or their spouses hold stock in Raytheon Technologies and Lockheed Martin, which manufacture the weapons Western allies are sending Ukraine to fight Russian invaders, according to analysis of federal financial records.

Among these members of Congress with personal investments in the defense industry are several who sit on committees that determine major sources of funding for defense companies and weapons contractors.

Members of Congress’ investments in defense contractors may present more significant potential conflicts of interest than investments in other industries because the contractors rely heavily on defense spending that is approved by Congress for their revenue.

More than 70% of Lockheed Martin’s $51 billion in 2018 revenue came from sales to the U.S. government, for example. Companies like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon are considered “pure plays” because they sell their products almost exclusively to the government through appropriations approved by Congress.

In the Senate, nearly one-third of the members of the Defense Subcommittee of the Appropriations Committee own stocks in top defense contractors. The subcommittee is in charge of drafting the procurement section of the annual Defense spending bill, which allocates funding for the Defense Department and specifies weapons systems and other goods for the department to purchase from private contractors.

Our troops have not received proper leave or rotation. Our troops have not received needed medical care, or psych care and yet have been redeployed.

I’m not going to ask you to write, call or fax your Congress member or Senator because they have seen all of these reports, photos and much more. Your Representatives do not read the Bills they sign, they don’t read our letters, faxes or emails either. There are now, on average, over 750,000 Americans per House Rep. There is no way the average citizen can have any real access to their Representatives.

When was the last time you had lunch with your Representative? Because lobbyist do, everyday. When the Supreme Court granted corporations the same rights as citizens we stopped being a Constitutional Republic. When governments merge with corporations it’s called fascism.

One of the greatest ironies of the 2016 presidential election is that it took a billionaire to turn the dominance of money in politics inside out. Many of Trump’s supporters say part of his appeal is that, as they see it, he is his own man and not a typical politician beholden to donors who give millions and expect policy favors in return.

FACT: As for Trump himself, it’s all about the money. He was offered up to a 19 percent stake in Rosneft, Russia’s largest oil company, in return for his lifting the sanctions imposed on Russia by Pres. Obama. Subsequently, a similar portion of Rosneft was sold to a mysterious partnership partly owned by a shadowy company in the Cayman Islands, the ownership of which is unknown, according to Reuters. And then the sanctions were, in fact, relaxed.

FACT: Moreover, the Chinese government granted President Trump and his business valuable trademark protection for the use of the Trump name in the construction industry, something he had been seeking for more than a decade. While Trump had fought unsuccessfully in Chinese courts for years for control of the trademark, in November, soon after the election, China awarded the trademark to the Trump Organization.

FACT: And, yet another example of Trump’s corruption of the presidency is his pay-to-play scheme at his private, Mar-a-Lago, Palm Beach resort. Soon after he became president, Trump doubled its initiation fee to $200,000. For Trump, the presidency is all about using it for his personal gain. The question is: How long will the American people put up with all this corruption? READ MORE: Mark Esper, former Raytheon weapons lobbyist, is in charge of the Pentagon (Citizens for Ethics) The man in charge of the Pentagon, Defense Secretary Mark Esper, spent years as Raytheon’s top lobbyist before joining the Trump administration.

The crimes of the Biden, Trump, Obama, Bush and Clinton administrations are far too many to list in one article. Lets discuss how to bring our criminal government to justice.

There are several things that you can do right now to soften our targets.

This is not about conspiracies. This is not a revolution. This is about how, “We the People”, can take our country back. From a corrupt two party system.

This is not a right wing attack against Obama. This is not a left wing attack against Bush. This is not about Clinton, Bush or Obama. This is not about torture or waterboarding, bailouts or corporate media alone, but rather about a government that has become a criminal enterprise unable to obey it’s own laws.

I do not profit from any of this. I am not running for any political office, nor do I endorse any candidates or political parties.

Neither the left nor the right has been able to get our government to listen. Why do you think “THEY” call it…divide and conquer. So I ask you to come together. Not as Republicans. Not as Democrats. Not even as Independents. But as Americans.

United with one goal: TAKE AMERICA BACK. From a Federal government that has gone totally insane. Because liberty is worth fighting for.

Three of Obama’s top six contributors included Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and guess who, Citigroup. After Donald Trump ridiculed Wall Street on the campaign trail, the President-elect tapped former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. executive Steven Mnuchin to be his Treasury secretary and billionaire investor Wilbur Ross to lead the Commerce Department. Stephen Bannon, Trump’s chief strategist, worked at Goldman Sachs, too. The foxes are running the chicken coop. Congress, unions and corporations have collaborated against “We the People”.

It has fallen to us, it is now our duty, your duty, my duty. To defend the country and Constitution from both enemies, foreign and domestic. Hold the guilty accountable. Arrest the criminals and hold new elections.

This is not a revolution. Patriots must be clear and precise in vision and action, lawlessness can not be accepted by anyone claiming to stand for liberty. Justice restores liberty and truth from the grasp of tyranny, and in future generations, it reminds those who are elected that they serve and represent the people. Those who make justice impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.

The media was suppose to be our watchdog, but under Clinton they were allowed to consolidate and become the governments lapdog.

Media are essential. We depend upon the news and information we get from the media. Our media system was not created by the free market. It’s the direct result of policies made by Congress and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in Washington.

The laws and regulations do not benefit the public. They only benefit big companies that can afford high-priced lobbyists. For decades, communications policies have been made behind closed doors, in the public’s name. Without our informed consent. That’s unacceptable.

Because “they” are screwing us whether we are Republicans or Democrats. Because “they” are destroying our country, our Constitution and everything our fathers fought and died for.

Not only do we have a moral obligation but according to the Constitution and Bill of Rights, we have the legal authority to remove our government.

The Federal government now has powers outside the Constitution.

We can not allow injustice to be the law of the land because it will send a message that it’s okay to break the law. Or we can send a clear message that no one is above the law. And there are consequences to every action.

The whole world is spinning out of control. We have been given the chance to set things right again. The government is taking more and more power to itself.

They will offer you investigations and commissions to try to confuse you, hijack your responsibility, and regain control. But politicians should be held accountable for their crimes.

“It is not the function of our Government to keep the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to keep the Government from falling into error.” in American Communication Association v. Douds, 339 U.S. 382, 442

“Our country is now taking so steady a course as to show by what road it will pass to destruction, to wit: by consolidation [of power] first, and then corruption, its necessary consequence.” Thomas Jefferson (1821)

“If tyranny and oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.” James Madison

“A President is impeachable if he attempts to subvert the Constitution”. James Madison

“If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin.” Samuel Adams (1780)

“It is the duty of the patriot to protect his country from the government.” Thomas Paine

“No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.” James Madison (1795)

“Dissent is the highest form of patriotism.” Thomas Jefferson

“An elective despotism is not the government we fought for.” Thomas Jefferson (1784)

“If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.” Thomas Jefferson (1782)

'We the people' will continue to suffer until we return America to a functioning Republic with three branches of government that are beholden to 'we the people' instead of their corporate masters. How? How can 'we the people' bring back a 'government of, for and by the people'? By ending the corporate sponorship of our elections. Demand free elections and term limits. Make lobbying illegal or why bother voting at all?

Voting got us into this mess. Voting sure as hell won't get us out of it.

One possibility would be to eliminate campaign contributions entirely, which we could do by establishing a law that nobody can ever give money or in-kind favors to politicians ever under any circumstances.

Then all elections would have to be completely publicly financed. This is a radical solution, but it would most certainly work.

Also establish term limits for Congress, which seems pretty reasonable to me. If we’re going to have term limits for the Executive branch, why not the other branches as well? They could be longer, but if term limits are necessary at all we should use them consistently.

And, once you work for Congress, you can never work for a lobbying organization for the rest of your life, and vice versa.

Our strategy is simple:

1. If you do any banking with BofA, Wells Fargo, Chase or other large banks close those accounts now. Move all banking to small local independent banks or Credit Unions.

3. Send this URL to all your friends, post it to forums, put it on your personal pages, There will be ZERO mainstream media discussion of this BEFORE it happens. ZERO.

So, we must BE OUR OWN MEDIA and promote it. Link to this site from sites and blogs. Mention it with links in your comments on blogs. PROMOTE IT.

It does not matter if you voted Republican, Democrat or not at all, we have a choice and a responsibility to our children. To leave them a better world then the one that we found or not.

As things stand now, with federal taxes, state taxes, county tax, sales tax, property taxes, car tax, gas tax, phone taxes, etc. “They” take 4 months of our wages every year in taxes. For that kind of money we should have the best schools on the planet, right? But every year 30 to 50% of our kids get left behind. Let me repeat, taxes take 4 months of your wages away from you every year. That’s true under Republicans or Democrats!

4. WE NEED TO ORGANIZE so we can be effective.

What I am proposing will not be easy. Upcoming elections do us no good.

Congress and the Senate need to be held to one term. The founding fathers never intended there to be “career politicians”. Politician is not an occupation.

Republicans, Democrats, Independents and non-voters unite. You can buy off Congress but you’ll never be able to buy a Patriot!

Our founding fathers boarded commercial vessels and destroyed the cargo on board. I’m not asking you to break the law. Only to change where you bank and to help pass this info out.

We are not asking for money. For any of the upcoming actions to be effective we need to put millions of boots on the ground. No membership required, no dues, no donations or militias to join. Your NON-COMPLIANCE is our only weapon.

Do yourself a favor. Think for yourself. Be your own person. Question everything. Stand for principle. Champion individual liberty and self-ownership where you can. Develop a strong moral code. Be kind to others. Do no harm, unless that harm is warranted. Pretty obvious stuff...but people who hold these things in their hearts seem to be disappearing from the earth at an accelerated rate. Stay safe, my friends. Thanks for being here.
